Our first streaming show launched on Discovery+, featuring José and his daughters eating their way across Spain. José's Substack newsletter, called Longer Tables, embraces a wide range of food stories, including José's personal tastes and culinary interests, food issues in the news, and subscriber-only recipes. José also published the New York Times-bestselling Zaytinya cookbook with Ecco in 2024, featuring recipes from the beloved Eastern Mediterranean restaurant.
